    • Serving as the administrator of bankruptcy reorganization cases of distressed enterprises. Investigating and liquidating the assets and liabilities, reviewing the declaration of creditor's rights, financial audit and asset evaluation, and recruiting reorganization investors.

    • Drafting reorganization plan, organizing a creditors' meeting to consider and pass the draft reorganization plan, and submitting it to the people's court for ruling, supervising the implementation of the reorganization plan, and restoring normal operation of the reorganized enterprise, or having it enter insolvency liquidation.
