Attorney Zhu Yueguang has actively provided high-quality legal services to nearly 20 government departments and public institutions, including COMAC, Shanghai Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Standing Committee of Jing'an District People's Congress, the District Government, and East China Hospital, contributing to the stability and development of the region and even the whole city.

He has actively participated in major stability maintenance work such as the aftermath of the "11·15" fire accident in Jing'an District, the illegal fund-raising case of Zhonghua Mall, and the handling of conflicts among residents surrounding the expansion of Huazhong Hospital, and taken the initiative to assist the government in resolving major petition cases to promote social harmony and stability.

In the counterpart assistance between Daning Sub-district of Jing'an District and Malipo County, Yunnan Province, Zhu Yueguang led lawyers from his firm to inspect Malipo County with the delegation from Daning Sub-district, using his professional legal knowledge to support local poverty alleviation. He signed a framework agreement on targeted poverty alleviation through legal services with the Judicial Bureau and Poverty Alleviation and Development Bureau of Malipo County, agreeing to provide all kinds of legal services to Malipo County free of charge.
