Lawyer Xu Dong Figure began her practice in 2009, focusing on legal affairs in professional areas such as cross-border commercial affairs, capital finance, The Belt and Road Initiative and blockchain digital assets.  

Lawyer Xu has represented Longteng Special Steel, one of the largest special steel manufacturers in China, and other multinational enterprises in Singapore International Arbitration Center, Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, China International Trade Arbitration Commission, Indonesia National Arbitration Commission and other international commercial dispute resolution bodies to resolve cross-border commercial disputes.  He has very rich experience and unique solutions to international commercial disputes.  

In addition, since 2011, Lawyer Xu has also represented nearly 100 large and medium-sized Chinese enterprises in southeast Asia, especially in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and other countries to complete strategic landing of major projects and mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions.  The target industries covered include real estate, engineering construction, bank finance, non-bank finance, cross-border e-commerce, cultural media, blockchain digital assets and so on.  

Lawyer xu team as the domestic first enterprise to assist China's concrete practice of "going out" and "area" strategy is one of the legal service team, will, as always, for the state-owned enterprises, local state-owned enterprises, listed companies and domestic well-known private enterprises continuously so as to obtain the high quality of cross-border, multilingual, and customized legal risk control services.
