Starting practice in Tianjin in 2021, and focusing on legal services for labor dispute settlement, enterprise compliance / employment risk prevention, infringement and civil litigation.

As a response to the local department of justice during practice, providing public legal services as a legal adviser of multiple village (or neighborhood) committees, going down to the grass roots to promote social harmony and stability, actively offering suitable channels for right maintenance, and helping the mass to protect their own legal rights and interest by legal means.
