Lawyer Dai Yunlan graduated from Nanjing University. Over the ten years of practice in Suzhou, she won multiple honors like the Merit Citation Class III at Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Seventh Kunshan TOP 10 Excellent Youths, and was once a deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress in Kunshan; over the 18 years of practice in Shanghai, she won honors like 2011-2015 Advanced Individual in Protection of Women’s Rights and Interests in Shanghai and Excellent Member of the 13th CPPCC National Committee in Hongkou District.

In September 2020, Lawyer Dai Yunlan passed the professional level assessment and certification of finance, securities, and insurance by Shanghai Bar Association. She focuses on the business directions of enterprise compliance, commercial dispute settlement and maritime affair dispute settlement. She has practiced in the industry for 28 years, during which time her main clients cover small- and medium-sized enterprises, private listed companies, financial leasing companies and shipping companies in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai.
