Lawyer Tong Jiachen officially started practicing in 2015. During practice at Shanghai Tianyi Law Firm, he has accumulated relevant experience in legal offices of expropriation and got familiar and proficient in the laws and regulations in this field as well as the handling methods of relevant co-ownership dispute cases. He provided services for the house expropriation legal service projects of “Huangpu Land 198”, “New Westgate Garden Land 1-4, 1-5 and 1-6”, “Nanpu Land” and “Yalong Land”, and is familiar with the relevant work procedures and contents of legal services for government purchase. He participates in the resolution of contradictions proposed in letters and visits as an entrusted lawyer for the government, and is familiar with the work procedures and contents of lawyers participating in the resolution of contradictions proposed in letters and visits as entrusted by the government.

During practice Lawyer Tong Jiachen has handled a large number of civil and commercial litigation and also criminal cases, with abundant experience in legal services, court practices and contradiction resolution.

Lawyer Tong Jiachen also has many years’ experience in offering perennial legal advice services, non-motherboard listings, due diligence and other special services for enterprises. He is good at designing enterprise development frames for companies, represents enterprises to attend commercial litigation and commercial negotiation, and settles legal dispute affairs during company operation.
