Zhao LingYou is a senior partner of Joint-Win Partners ，and the founding partner of Ningbo Branch of Joint-Win Partners. As the director of the foreign business center, he is proficient in international trade theory and practice, familiar with the "language" of entrepreneurs, possessing expertise in law, management, international trade, econometrics and finance. Represented an East Asian client to handle the confirmation of its domestic assets, providing legal services in different cities throughout the whole process, and finally achieving the purpose of entrustment.

Represented an international trading company in a compensation dispute arising from a 15 million RMB equity transfer transaction fifteen years ago, maximizing the client's interests.

Acted as a legal consultant for the three-dimensional equity design, personalized charter modification and business model design of an artificial intelligence (AI) project of a domestic high-tech company.
