Lawyer Li Weijie has been long devoted to legal disputes in fields related to real estate, marriage and family affairs as well as civil and commercial litigation. He also provides perennial legal advice services for many government organs, public institutions and enterprises, including the Accounting Center of Pudong New Area Education Bureau, Comprehensive Affairs Coordination Center of Pudong New Area Construction and Communications Commission, and Subdistrict Office of Shanggang New Village, Pudong New Area.

He handled hundreds of real estate and family affairs dispute cases, including dozens of difficult and complicated cases, successfully acquiring the results of judgment amendments or retrial at intermediate courts and high courts for the persons concerned.

He once successfully handled the “No.1 case of residency right dispute of economically affordable housing in Shanghai”, which was reported by Shanghai TV and China Education Television, receiving wide and high recognition of all walks of life. He has accepted interviews of Eastday many times to express opinion reviews. Meanwhile, Lawyer Li Weijie kept writing and has published dozens of articles on multiple media, including Law Interpretation in Jing’an, the WeChat official account of Jing'an District Justice Bureau, and Happy Shanggang, the journal of Shanggang Street Community.

Li enthusiastically participates in the work of the bar association, democratic parties and the administration and discussion of state affairs. He is now a member of the Civil Business Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association and a member of the Political Participation and Discussion Work Committee of Jing'an District Committee, Revolutionary Committee Of The Chinese Kuomintang. In 2021 and 2022, he twice won the honor of Advanced Individual of the Year of Political Participation and Discussion Work by Jing'an District Committee, Revolutionary Committee Of The Chinese Kuomintang and Excellent Member of Civil Business Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association.

In the counterpart assistance action by Jing'an Daning Street for Malipo County, Yunnan Province, Lawyer Li Weijie went to Malipo County in person for investigation, determined to assist local people to get rid of poverty with his professional legal knowledge and provide various legal services at no cost as a volunteer.
